Payment Terms:
• After confirmation of any Package request: 25% of tour package cost required immediately to book all the respective services.
• 15 Days prior to arrival date: 50% of tour package cost required.
• 07 Days prior to arrival date: 100% of tour package cost required.
• All payments must be notified by an e-mail format only with attached transaction details.
• Payment terms are subject to change at the time of booking as per Hotel Policy and High Season.
• We will not entertain any credit facility.
Cancellation Policy:
1. The following cancellation charges shall apply as per the period of cancellation terms.
2. Once the booking is done and advance paid, minimum 10% of the package cost to be deducted
3. If postponed or preponed of the service date made on or before 30 days, only 5% of the package cost to be deducted and cost for the desired date of the service to be calculated on the basis of Hotel Cost and Transportation Cost of that particular time period
4. 30 days before of service starts, 20% of the total package cost will be deducted
5. From 29 days up to 15 days before of service 40 % of total cost will be deducted
6. From 14 days up to 10 days before of service 50 % of total cost will be deducted
7. From 09 days up to 06 days before of service 60 % of total cost will be deducted
8. From 05 days up to 48hrs before of service 90 % of total cost will be deducted
9. Between 48 hours to the day of service starts 100 % of total cost will be deducted
10. In case of NO SHOW, 100% of the total coast will be deducted.
Refunds (if applicable)
If your refund are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Services (if applicable)
Only regular priced Services may be refunded, unfortunately sale Services cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace Services if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@atwtravels.com
Giftstravels
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Cancellation Policy
